The core inspiration behind Soup & Dessert is the soup master legend herself - my Grand-Maman Dupont.
 
Slow-simmered and soul-warming, our soups are made with farm-fresh ingredients, rich bone broths, and seasonal flavours that celebrate Ontario's peak harvest.
 
Each bowl is made with the same comfort, care, and sense of community that my Grand-Maman shared so freely, and that I hope to pass along with every savoury pot I stir.
